DIVISION OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs is responsible for the overall administration of programs and services in the Division of Student Affairs. The Vice President serves on the President’s cabinet and is chief advocate for promoting the general benefit and welfare of students. The Vice President also provides leadership and development  in the following comprehensive co-curricular areas such as: student life and services, including student clubs and organizations; counseling and career service; testing and assessment; community outreach and involvement; judicial affairs, record management, ID services, financial aid; health services, student employment, and student support/TRIO pre-college programs.

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund is now accepting applications for its HBCU Teacher Quality and Retention Program (TQRP). Beginning this summer, selected participants will begin a paid summer fellowship for junior and senior STEM majors, and pre-service teachers who will begin their first year in the classroom. The Institute offers an exciting opportunity for young professionals to collaborate with one another for one common purpose: to enhance the learning experience of students while working to become masters of the teaching profession.
