Accelerated Master Degrees Now Offered

Graduate Programs

The mission of the Graduate Studies Program is to provide the opportunity for students to pursue and expand their knowledge in fields related to public administration, nonprofit, and business.  By obtaining a Master in Business Administration degree, students will acquire skills in new technologies and methods in these fields to improve their standing in a competitive and challenging job market.

In designing its programs, SBPA recognizes the interrelationship between the public and business sectors, and emphasizes the development of leadership, analytic, and conceptual skills that are needed for success in 21st century governmental, quasi-governmental, and nonprofit organizations.

Beginning in August 2017, courses for the Master of Business Administration degrees are offered in two-8-week cycles per semester during the traditional 15 ½ week semester.  Therefore, students can take one or two classes per 8-week cycle and only need to come on campus one or two nights a week.  If you are attending as a full-time student, you can obtain your degree in 12 months which includes taking courses in the summer.  If you are part-time student, it can take a minimum of 15 months to complete your degree.  We are excited about the new 8-week format and believe it is enhance the experience for our students.
