Employment and Soft Skills TrainingPATHS provides a variety of job skills trainings which range from four weeks to 24 weeks. In keeping pace with the best practices in welfare to work initiatives and findings from wage and job progression studies, an integrated, competency based curriculum forms the core of the PATHS program. The trainings offered by PATHS are built on a contextualized learning platform. This platform strengthens the educational experience while participants receive many opportunities to practice newly acquired knowledge and skills through clinical rotations, internships, volunteerism, and other methods.
