Application for Graduation

Message from the Office of the Registrar

The last day to apply for a Spring 2014 degree is January 31, 2014.

Mail-In Request

Download and print the Application for Graduation Form.  Complete all pertinent information on the form.  The $125 application fee is payable to UDC (by mail) in the form of check, or money order.

Walk-in Request

Download and print the Application for Graduation Form.  Complete all pertinent information on the form.  Bring the application to the Office of the Registrar.  Pay the appropriate application fee in the Cashier’s Office.  The $125 fee is payable by check, money order, credit card, or cash. 

Reapplying for Graduation

Download and print the Application for Graduation Form.  Complete all pertinent information on the form.   Check “Reapplying” box on the application. The applicant does not have to pay another application fee.   Mail-in or walk-in the form to the Office of the Registrar.

The Application for Graduation Request Form must be returned to the Office of the Registrar for processing. The request should be mailed or walked-in to:
