A University issued parking decal must be purchased and displayed, in addition to the required handicap parking decals/plates. Both are required and both must be simultaneously displayed at all times when parked in designated handicap parking spaces. Note: Individuals may obtain required handicap decal/plates through their respective Department of Motor Vehicles (by jurisdiction).
