University Owned/Controlled Parking Facilities

A valid parking decal or daily parking pass is required to be visible at all times when parking in the following University owned and operated garage and/or surface lot.

• Van Ness Campus - Underground Parking Garage: 4200 Connecticut Ave., N.W.; access from Van Ness Street. Total of 758 spaces; 83 spaces are reserved for faculty and staff; and 14 spaces designated as handicap.
  
  
• Van Ness Campus – Circle (Breezeway): 4200 Connecticut Ave., N.W.; access from Van Ness Street. Total of 6 spaces; 5 spaces are designated as handicap; and 1 space reserved for the President.
  
  
• Building 52 – Underground Garage (parking is temporarily suspended due to construction: expected to re-open in 2010): 4340 Connecticut Ave., N.W.; access from Yuma Street. Total of 85 spaces; 5 spaces are reserved for faculty and staff.
  
  
• Building 52 – Rear (parking is temporarily suspended due to construction: expected to re-open in 2010): 4340 Connecticut Ave., N.W.; access from Yuma Street. Total of 6 spaces; 1 space is reserved for staff.
  
  
• Outdoor Rooftop (DAYS INN): 4400 Connecticut Ave., NW; limited space available (marked designated areas only); access from Yuma Street. Total of 57 spaces; 8 spaces are reserved.
  
  
• Building 47 – Physical Education/Activities: Yuma Street and International Court (marked designated areas only). Total of 6 spaces; 1 space is reserved for staff.
  
  
• Loading Dock – Must display a contractors/vendors decal issued by the Director of Facilities Management. Total of 14 spaces. Spaces are dedicated for 2 Motor coach vehicles and contractors.
