With the support of the Office of the President and the Deans of the College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences, David A. Clarke School of Law, Learning Resources Division, School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and School of Business and Public Administration, the College of Arts and Sciences is pleased to announce it 3rd Big Read Event.
Featuring the University’s own Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and bestselling author, Dr. Ken Bain and his newly released, award winning book
What the Best College Students Do
Please join us for what promises to be an engaging and informative evening as Dr. Bain discusses his new book and the opportunities it presents for students, faculty, and institutions of higher education worldwide. Dr. Carol Geary Schneider, president of the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AACU), will join Dr. Bain for this timely and critical discussion.
A question and answer period will follow along with opportunities to purchase books, meet and greet the author, and have books signed.
We will close the evening with our signature cupcake reception. THIS IS A FREE EVENT that is open to the public; however, the event is ticketed and
