Myrtho Blanchard, VP, Human Resources. Ms. Blanchard has an extensive background in human resources management, legal research, recruitment and contract negotiations. She has conducted and participated in arbitration and team-building exercises and has experience in major HRIS implementation. She holds a BA in psychology from NYU, an MA in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts and a certificate in international law from The Academy of International Law, The Hague.  Prior to joining us, she served as Director of Human Resources at NoVA Community College (Annandale) VA and AVP, Human Resources at West Virginia University (Morgantown). She has also held positions in litigation case management  at Skadden Arps (NY) and Webster and Sheffield (NY) and was an international legal consultant at Mackinson Survey, Inc (Milbrae, CA). Ms. Blanchard is fluent in French and Creole and specializes in multi-cultural management. She currently lives in Bethesda, MD.
