Welcome New Firebird!
Congratulations on your admission to the University of the District of Columbia! (UDC) We are excited that you are joining us for the Spring 2014 semester! All newly admitted students are required to attend New Student Orientation. It is an important first step in your journey to success at UDC.
During New Student Orientation, you will learn about programs, services, and support that UDC has to offer students. You will meet classmates, faculty, staff, and University leaders. Whether you are a first time student, transfer or readmitted student, you will learn strategies for adapting to college life here at UDC. In addition, you will have the opportunity to receive advising from the Academic Advising Center and/or your academic program or department. You should leave with a plan of study that reflects your interests and ensures your graduation in a timely manner.
