Nutrition and Food Science

The mission of the Nutrition and Food Science Program at the University of the District of Columbia is to educate students majoring in nutrition and related disciplines and other fields to become leaders in the field of nutrition and public policy. The Graduate Program in Nutrition/ dietetics is committed to providing students with a broad based culturally sensitive education to prepare them to promote public policies related to nutrition that will affect the well being of individual and groups locally, nationally and internationally.
