WTTG Personality Gwen Tolbart to Deliver Winter Commencement Address

Washington, DC - WTTG Fox-5 Weather Anchor and personality Gwen Tolbart will deliver the Winter Commencement address for the University of the District of Columbia.  The 2011 Commencement is scheduled for January 28, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the UDC auditorium.
