Vocational Rehabilitation Program Students
If you have been approved for the Vocational Rehabilitation Program, you will need to ensure that your assigned Department of Veteran Affairs case manager has submitted an authorization (DVA 22-1905; Authorization and Certification of Entrance or Re-Entrance into Rehabilitation and Certification of Status) to UDC Veteran Services Office prior to the start of the semester you will be attending. You will also need to complete the UDC VA Education Enrollment Form.
