External Repairs

• Repaired roof, which had led to leaks within the home
• Rebuilt a retaining wall between the neighbor’s home and the UDC property and repaired damage to the neighbor’s property caused by the retaining wall’s erosion and partial collapse

Internal Repairs

• Removal of mold
• Rebuilt and re-plastered walls damaged by water
• Installed new flooring as a result of water damage
• Repaired and replaced built-in bookcases, which had been damaged by water

Internal Updates

• Replaced older kitchen appliances that were either not functioning properly or were not energy efficient
• Updated and installed sensors for home alarm system, which was no longer operating properly
