1/12/17 – Email Outage

Hello Firebirds,

OITS, in conjunction with our vendors, believe we may have identified the source of the issue with the online application process. The fix for this error will require an update to our Microsoft environment and will negatively impact email functionality between the hours of 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM tonight, Thursday January 12,  2017.

This repair will not stop email from working however it will drastically reduce performance while sending and receiving messages.

If you continue to have issues after 11:00 PM, please contact the OITS Helpdesk at (202) 274-5941.

1/12/17  Outage – University Admission Application

Currently the University is experiencing issues with our online University admissions application. OITS personnel are working with the vendor to resolve the matter and hope to have a solution in place before the end of the day. 

OITS will provide an update once the problem is solved.
