12.30.15 - At this time, all IT systems and electric power at the University of the District of Columbia are restored. A long-term solution to Data Center issues have been identified and all network services are expected to remain available. If you experience any continued difficulty in connecting, please contact the University Helpdesk at 202.274.5941.

12.28.15: Due to continuing cooling problems at the Data Center in Building-41, all University IT systems will be taken offline for preventative maintenance until further notice. Technicians are working to correct problems ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this interruption of service. Updates will be provided via UDC social media channels.
