Exhibitor Registration Form

Dear Graduate School / Program Recruiter:

On behalf of the Office of Graduate Studies at the University of the District of Columbia, we invite you to our Graduate and Professional School Fair taking place on Tuesday September 17, 2013.  Our Graduate and Professional School Fair is a wonderful opportunity to attract the talented students from the University of the District of Columbia to your programs.  Many of the participants who will attend the Graduate and Professional School Fair are interested in pursuing their education in a broad range of fields and professions at the Master’s and Doctoral level.

The Graduate and Professional School Fair will be held in the University of the District of Columbia Theater of the Arts, from 12:00pm – 4:00pm.  Exhibitors should have their tables set up by 11:30am.  Registrations will be processed on a first come, first serve basis, and exhibit space is limited. The early bird registration is $120.00 until August 20, 2013, and it rises to $150.00 thereafter.  The final date to register is September 12, 2013.

We are excited to bring a wide range of program offerings to these students.  Please complete the attached registration form and send payment to register for this recruiting opportunity.  We look forward to welcoming your to our campus, which is conveniently accessible from the Van Ness / UDC station on DC Metrorail’s Red Line, Limited parking is available in the garage beneath the campus.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:  To assist us in accommodating your needs, please indicate any special requirements in order to set up your campus display.


Please note: (UDC cannot be responsible for making arrangements to ship and / or deliver your display units and recruitment materials to and from the Graduate and Professional School Fair).

REGISTRATION: Participation requires a non refundable fee of $120.00 per table, $150.00 after August 20, 2013.  Fee includes: 6’ skirted table with an area of 6’x8’ with at least 4’ of space behind the table, 2 chairs, a snack for two representatives and a parking space for one car in the University of the District of Columbia parking garage.  $20.00 pp for each additional representative.  Please return the exhibitor registration form and a check to:  University of the District of Columbia Attn: Akua Sewer 4200 Connecticut Avenue NW Washington, DC 20008;  please make checks payable to:  UDC  Foundation  /  Graduate Studies
