Donor Recognition (Giving) Societies

Firebird Society members make annual gifts of $1 - $999.  This is the university’s largest society.  This is an exceptional group of alumni and friends who ---steadfastly show their commitment with consistent giving through out the year as well as annually. They receive thank you letters and gift acknowledgments.

President’s Circle (PC) members thoughtfully make annual gifts of $1,000 - $24,999.  This prestigious society receives gift acknowledgements, are listed in campaign publications, the report of gifts, and receive special invitations to university and campaign events.

Heritage Society members are recognized for having made gifts totaling $25,000 and more.  These generous givers are presented with a gift and are publicly recognized for their support.  They receive a life-time membership in the Heritage Society, enjoy personal contact from the president, are invited to special university events, and are included in the report of gifts.

Founders Society (FS) members are among the university’s most important constituents.  They are generous friends and alumni who make a commitment to the University by including the UDC Foundation in their estate planning through bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, life insurance and gifts of real estate with retained life interest.  These members receive benefits extended to the society for the rest of their lives.  They are invited to special Founder Society events, receive personal contact from the president, receive a Founders Society pin in a public forum and are listed in the annual report of gifts.
