Research Title: Recruiting Effective Teachers: Identifying Qualities that Make a Difference. This research examines pre- and post-assessment data, self-identified personal attributes, and mentor assessments of participants in the District of Columbia Teacher Institute Program (DC-TIP), a Transition to Teaching grant-funded program.
