Real Estate Services
Real Estate Services provide support to the academic community through the acquisition, renovation, and leasing of spaces throughout the District. The university has sites in Wards 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Each of these sites offers students, faculty, staff, and neighboring communities a unique learning experience that is shaped by UDC’s commitment to excellence and the vibrant identity of each surrounding community.
