Mission

It is the responsibility, intent and purpose of the University of the District of Columbia’s Capital Projects Team to investigate, initiate, implement and complete construction efforts on behalf of the Real Estate & Facilities office.  This team will focus on serving as stewards of the resources allocated to the University and the timely completion of high quality projects in a manner consistent with the Nation's Capitol Land Grant institution for higher education.
