I am Barbara Jumper, Vice President for Facilities & Real Estate at the University of the District of Columbia. In part, the Office of Facilities & Real Estate manages the operations, maintenance and acquisition of the University’s properties. This includes the flagship campus as well as all satellite locations within the District of Columbia. The Capital Construction Office has been created with the goal of allowing this first class institution the ability to independently manage the renovation and new construction projects synonymous with a growing University and the needs of its community.
