Debit Card Book Voucher Program

The Office of Financial Aid (OFA) in conjunction with the University Bookstore is pleased to announce that students will have the option of receiving book voucher funding in the form of a debit card. The debit card has significant advantages to the conventional process, such as:

• No standing in line… order textbooks online through efollett
  
• Valid at any Follett operated store
  
• No expiration date

After registering, students can begin to visit the OFA to determine book voucher eligibility. Once funds are posted, the student can then go directly to the bookstore to secure the debit card. In addition, students will have the option of transferring all or a portion of the book voucher fund to the debit card. Students may request a refund of any unused portion of funds on the debit card. If students opt to not participate in the use of the debit card, they will be able to make in-store only purchases and will be subject to the imposed February 5, 2010 deadline date for book voucher use. February 5, 2010 is the deadline date to request a book voucher.
