Environmental Science

The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences was discontinued by action of the Board of Trustees on February 18, 2014. The program is no longer accepting any new students. Current environmental sciences students will be able to complete their major as planned.

A minor in Environmental Sciences will be available to students interested in an environmental field. An Environmental Studies major is currently being developed and will offer students a broader focus on environmental science, environmental policy, environmental impact assessment, and environmental project management.

The Professional Science Masters in Water Resources Management is an option for students interested in an environmental science focus at the master’s level. The program is practical and applied to offer immediate professional benefits. Professional Science Master's - Water Resources Management | Course Descriptions

Students can also take non-credit bearing courses in Low Impact Development and Urban Agriculture through our Centers for Sustainable Development and Urban Agriculture
