Master of Architecture

MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE I TRACK
Master of Architecture I - For BS in Architecture (or Equivalent) Degree Holders
This three-semester Master of Architecture I degree track was designed for students who have completed an undergraduate studio based architecture degree program. Taken sequentially, the two degree programs constitute an eleven-semester effort that can be completed in 5.5 years by full-time students.

MASTER OF ARCHITECTURE II TRACK
(Accelerated Program for Non-Architecture BS/BA De­gree Holders)
This seven-semester Master of Architecture II curriculum is an accelerated degree track designed for students who completed an undergraduate BS or BA degree in any non-archi­tecture discipline from a regionally accredited institution. This program is for students whose interest is a career change aimed at becoming a licensed architect able to pursue a multiplicity of public or private sector career options within the design, construction and real estate development professions. On completion of the Master of Architecture II program the graduate is able to enter the profession as an intern architect.

Prerequisites

  • Existing 4-Year B.S. in Architecture or Equivalent.
  • Total Credit Hours Required for Graduation is 43.
