Mrs. Johnson, not her real name, is caring for her 83-year old mother, Kitty Wilson, also not her real name. Kitty Wilson is in good health generally, but is increasingly infirm and is growing increasingly forgetful. Ms. Wilson owns the house where she lives and this is the house in which Mrs. Johnson and her two brothers grew up. Mrs. Johnson visits her mom almost every day to make sure she is doing okay. Should she have her mother write a will, even though she has very little money in her bank account?
