UDC LADY FIREBIRDS DEFEAT PUERTO RICO-BAYAMON 60-58

Stats for Puerto Rico-Bayamon Game

Ft. Myers, Florida: The University of the District of Columbia Lady Firebirds defeated the University of Puerto Rico-Bayaman 60-58 tonight to advance to the championship game of the Independent Schools Tournament in Ft. Myers, Florida.

UDC (11-20) will play host Florida Gulf Coast University at 1 p.m. tomorrow for the championship. Florida Gulf Coast is ranked 12th in the nation among NCAA Division II schools, and has a 25-1 season record.
