Admission Next Steps - Please use this document to find out the next step in order to participate in course selection and registration all of the following tasks must be completed.

Record of Immunization - Letter from the Director of Health Services, notifying you of all required immunizations for all students including international students.

Intent to Enroll Form - Please confirm your intent to enroll by completing this form and returning to the Registrars Office.

Primary Proof of Residency Form - If you present proof of either form of residency as described below, you will be presumed to be a qualifying resident of the District of Columbia or Metropolitan Area. The Metropolitan Area, or Metro Area, includes the following counties: Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Arlington County, Alexandria County, and Fairfax County.  Note: There is no residency requirement for Community College students. Flagship students must provide proof of residency, if claiming resident or metro. For more information please view PPR Website.

F-1 Extension Form - Application to extend academic program.

Reduce Course Load Request - F-1 Request for reduced course load (RCL).  General Information: A request for part-time attendance requires approval from the Designated School Official (DSO), and an Academic Advisor. If your reason for requesting a reduced course load is not described in the list below, the International Admission Advisor must reject your petition. A student who drops below a full course of study without prior approval of the DSO will be considered out of status.
