Certificate in Hospitality Management
The purpose of the Certificate in Hospitality Management Program is to provide individuals, who are already employed in the hospitality industry, but do not have degrees in the field, with the opportunity to further develop their skills and abilities. It is composed of 24 semester hours of course work directed at various aspects in the management of hotels and food service organizations. Credits earned in this program would count toward the Associate in Applied Science degree.
