We are the only public university in the District of Columbia, and like the state universities in the fifty states, The University of the District of Columbia offers affordable access to higher education.

In this Division, we provide you with credit-free offerings that we trust will meet your needs at this point in your life. From workforce development programs and continuing professional education to personal enrichment short courses and practical life skills workshops, the Division of Community Outreach and Extension Services is here to serve you.
