The Innovations in Infant &Toddler Development is a comprehensive developmental approach to early childhood education for children from birth to three years of age, developed by Gryphon House. Innovations is an interactional curriculum about what happens between people: between teacher and child, parent and child and parent and teacher.
The Program for Infant/Toddler Caregivers , which consists of several training modules especially customized for ECLI by WestEd, were also offered . These modules cover the following topics: Routines, Primary Caregiving, Environment, Respectful Care, Brain Development, Discoveries of Infancy, Language Development and Special Needs
