Serves as the principal Institute founder and strategic partner for quality improvement efforts related to staff, directors and the Early Care and Education community at large.  

Head Start, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
Serves as co-principal founder through two grant awards under the Historically Black Colleges and Universities competitive awards process.  Both grants focus on the transition from CDA to AA.

United Planning Organization (UPO)
In partnership with UPO, the primary Head Start grantee for the District of Columbia, the Institute provides personalized, coordinated academic preparation and counseling in support of the Teacher Enhancement Initiative.

DC Early Childhood Collaborative, Inc.
A founding partner and principal supporter of the Beverly Langford Dugger Visiting Professor in Leadership as well as providing technical assistance on policy development and funding strategies.

Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments
A key stakeholder providing targeted scholarship support for Project Advance Master’s (MA) degree students.
